OEM Defence Services, located in Elancourt (Yvelines, France), is a company created in 2008. Diehl Aerospace, Liebherr-Aerospace, Safran, Thales and Zodiac Aerospace are the 5 Shareholders of this Joint Venture.
In addition, OEM DS includes a set of 15 other legal entities working all together, hereafter called OEM DS Affiliates.
OEM DS is able to improve the competitiveness of equipment support through an optimised complete maintenance supply chain. OEM DS can perform different levels of services from traditional support models up to availability levels identical to those achieved in the civil aerospace services field. The European programs such as NH90, Tiger helicopters and the A400M military transport aircraft are typically programs where a new logistics support organization can be performed for the benefit of the End-Users.

OEM DS is an open structure which is able to partner with some other OEMs providing an added value to the End User.
OEM DS got on February 2015 the certifications EN 9100 V2009, ISO 9001 V2008 and AQAP 2110 Ed 3 for the marketing, sales and management of support and services activities for military airborne equipment and systems.
